Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A Unfortunately this would not be possible.
  2. A I think the printed directions may cover this issue. If not, I found that you first make certain that the cable underneath is on correctly. Then you place both pedals at the same height. At that point you tighten the knob that control the tension to your taste and get on. I found a video on YouTube that explains this. Search for the make and model number. Good Luck.
  3. A Yes it does. You just have to attach the exercise rope, by removing (unscrewing) the big knob at the center of the base add the robe then re tighten the knob.
  4. A I recommend using small drops of "household" oil (not cooking oil) on the area that has the noise. You can get this oil at most any store that offers painting supplies.
  5. A I'm sorry, But, only you know what you can handle. I'm 76 and I love it, but I'm a physical person and i love a challenge and I don't believe in letting anything get the best of me. Like I tell my children and grands you can do anything you put your mind to. You can if you say you can, and you can't if you say you can. We create our future with our words.
  6. A Don't know contact the company.
  7. A The bands are like a rope material not that bungee type you usually see like resistance bands
  8. A I'm guessing you should've contact the person you got it from so they can report it from the dealer that sold it. Verify it was to be included
  9. A I would find it very awkward to try to do this sitting down. If you look closely at the picture you will see that the heel area lifts really high in the back. I think it would be especially challenging for a senior. I would recommend something that has a gliding motion this is a stair stepper the "elliptical" label is a bit misleading.
  10. A The machine broke after using for 2 mos 2 weeks ...No telephone support they drect you to fill a form on the website...which i did 10 days, they replied after 4 days saying need more info about the order and supporting evidence. Which I sent...still waiting for an answer it has been 5 days....a Great company or service will promptly replace the unit
  11. A No it will not require maintenance at all. May be just a cleaning little bit after some time.
  12. A This more of a cardio machine and a muscle builder for the legs. If you slim its because it's tackling visceral fat.
  13. A The "resistance" can increase by tightening the screw to change the adjustable height of the steps. But you will not reach the resistance level of typical machines you would use at the gym. But combining the steps with the bands will add the extra-resistance you need for a good cardio.
  14. A There’s nothing I add or involve in to work correctly. I followed the manual and it works perfectly 😀
  15. A Yes, this one is the regular up and down only kind.
  16. A No. 1 battery only (for the digital screen). You can still step without the battery if you don't care to use the screen.
  17. A Ellos No Responden, Comprar Esa Máquina Fue Una Perdida De Dinero y Tienen Un Mal Servicio Al Cliente.
  18. A You can watch on YouTube. Search for stepper workouts. They have the pink one I bought 3 years ago. It's about 30 mins. long. She also does other exercises. It's from Sunny, the makers/sellers of the stepper.
  19. A I had the same problem. Make sure that when you play with the cable to get it correctly on the wheel, one pedal is up while the other is down. Try moving the pedals with your hands, one pedal up as the other is down, until the cable is correctly attached
  20. A I assume it is made in China -- but, truly, I don't know where it is made or shipped from. Having said this, I found this to be really well made and a solid little machine. And there is not much that can go wrong with it, other than one of the pistons breaking. The other nice thing, is that you basically pull this thing out of the box and it's ready to go. Just make sure, as per the instructions, that you raise one of the pedals all the way up first and make sure that the cable is properly seated on the pully wheel.
  21. A You can turn the adjustment knob to increase the step height on your stepper.
  22. A This stepper comes fully assembled and the only thing you have to do is tighten the adjustment knob and attach the resistance bands.
  23. A This stepper is great for both men and women!
  24. A Steps only. It also does not take into account if you're using the resistance bands for your upper body.
  25. A No it doesn’t, but very simple to used it !
  26. A I'm not sure, but I do short 3 - 5-minute stepping intervals when my Fitbit buzzes me to move when I'm simply standing at my desk. I get a decent brief workout.
  27. A It doesn't cost that much for the stepper so I wouldn't bother with a protection plan
  28. A In my case it gets pretty noisy. I think mostly because I have a raised/elevated floor house. The machine itself is not too loud besides the air shocks pumping air in and out
  29. A Like it but im not using every because im lm little over weight 
  30. A It is well built but I believe the paperwork said 250#. I dont actually recall.
  31. A Yes. I use it with my body upright, like a traditional stair stepper to work inductor, abductor, hamstrings, and glutes. If you tilt your upper torso forward, lean onto table or bed, it concentrates the action in your buttocks.
  32. A There is some amount of adjustable resistance with this machine, but it will only really help you gain muscle if your legs are very weak. You can use it to increase your muscular endurance and get some low impact cardio in, but if you want to gain muscle, nothing beats barbell resistance training. Don't be scared of lifting weights, it won't turn you into a monster like some of the female bodybuilders unless you use performance enhancing drugs. Resistance training is great for maintaining healthy body fat levels and good muscle tone. See you at the gym!
  33. A Actually you get more exercise from the mini stepper than just standing and lifting your heels. It has the same benefits as a commercial stepper does.
  34. A I have the same problem. I've adjust every way I can think of but the steps only go up and down a couple of inches. I hope someone comes up with a solution.
  35. A I've found that the high intensity, slow motion increases muscle since its more of a resistance/strength training and the low intensity with fast motion does more of a cardio workout and burns more calories. Either one is going to do you good, it just depends on which one you feel like doing! I personally love the low with fast motion :)
  36. A When I use it I can feel it working my whole leg as well as the butt. I've found it makes my legs more toned, as in less flabby and more tight. The band helps tone my arms as well. I hope that helps!
  37. A I honestly don't know where you heard that you can only use the machine for 15 minutes. This is a heavy duty, well made piece of equipment. There are 2 strong shock absorbers that can be adjusted to increase or decrease the tension. You could pump up and down on these shock absorbers all day. For $35 if you are considering purchasing this item I would suggest you just go for it!
  38. A Yes it can be adjusted by the little knob on the bottom, but I can't feel much of a difference. It still give you a great workout. My husband who is 195lbs can use it and he said he can get a great workout from it.
  39. A Probably varies according to how good your balance is. Mine is average (not great; not poor), and it works for for me. Using the elastic hand bands helps, since you can pull on them to assist with balance. I set my stepper up next to a wall, so that if I do wobble, I can put an arm out and use the wall as a "handrail." I like this set up better than a larger and more expensive stepper with handrails, since it is small and doesn't take up a lot of space.
  40. A Interesting question, I don't think it was designed for use while sitting, but if your chair wheels have a lock I would use it.
  41. A Make sure the steel cable between the two is on the "track" and adjust the knob under the foot rests - it may need to be tighter, if too tight, you can hardly make it work. Took me a couple of tries to get it right - go to the "+" side first. Hope this helps.
  42. A I believe it's around 15lbs, definitely under 20lbs, so pretty easy to move around.
  43. A I too had been out of condition and started with just 20 reps,,,now after a few weeks I'm doing seven hundred reps and feeling great,,,I went hiking last week in the mountains near my home and felt really sure of my steps dven tho we were bushwhacking and not on any trail....I believe a slow start will allow you to find your comfortable level,,good luck and thanks for asking...
  44. A It's about 16 lbs and it's packed neatly in a very sturdy carton and then this carton is (was) placed inside another carton, also very sturdy. The overall size of the outside container was about 22" x 22" x 22. Hope this helps.
  45. A I tried it - I guess it depends on height of the chair. Sitting in dining room I found it somewhat awkward but it is doable. If my chair was a little higher it might have been better
  46. A It's not noisy to drive you crazy, but use it while watching to tv and... I can't hear the tv unless is very loud. Other than that, is not noisy.
  47. A No, the stepper does not require assembly. The only thing you have to do is attach the exercise bands to the unit which is a simple task.
  48. A Woops! I said I didn't know the maximum weight but just looked on my instructions and it says 220 lbs.
